We held a series of in person and online consultations during the week commencing the 6th June to allow residents and stakeholders the opportunity to have their say, learn more about the proposals and hear from the project team. Delivering new affordable homes in the heart of Barkingside

Vistry Partnerships, Peabody and Transport for London are working in partnership to bring forward proposals for Barkingside Yard. The development will deliver new affordable homes, enhanced public realm close to Barkingside underground station and improved local biodiversity. The site is allocated within the Redbridge Local Plan for residential use and for bringing forward new homes for the local community.

Our public consultation has now closed. We would like to thank everyone who participated in our events and provided us with your valuable feedback. If you would like more information on the proposals please do not hesitate to contact us.
